01. Collision Repairs
We have industry leading equipment including an electronic frame measuring and aligning bench, Inverter spot welder to comply with OE standards and always investing in tooling. Qualified & trained technicians with over 100 years of knowledge, Our production manager applies a strict quality control process and by following manufactures repair methods, ensures your vehicle is repaired correctly and back to pre-accident condition. We also specialise in plastic welding, aluminium welding/fabrication, fiberglass repairs and restorations, on all types of vehicles including motorcycles, farm machinery, trucks and boats.
02. Automotive Refinishing
Our qualified technicians and ‘fast dry’ equipment combined with industry leading HI-TEC waterborne base coat & colour spectrometer ensures the right colour match. We currently have two spray booths along with infrared lamp curing system, this means within an hour paint work is dry. Low VOC premium topcoats are better for the environment and replicate OE paint finish. Using premium brands and products allows us to warrant the paint work we carry out. We are also a Rhino Linings Australia agent, specialising in spray on ute liners.
03. Windscreen and Glass Replacement
As an Authorised O’Brien Glass Dealer, we offer same day glass replacement, latest procedures & technology, warranty & O’Brien nationwide support. ADAS systems are the small cameras mounted on most modern vehicles, they are a sensor to help avoid collisions, once a windscreen has been replaced, the ADAS camera MUST be recalibrated. Recalibrations for most makes and models can be done onsite We have access to glass to suit vehicles, tractors, trucks, buses and agricultural vehicles.

Exchange details with any other driver(s) involved and call 000 if emergency services are required. Contact your insurance company and lodge a claim. You can either call them or go online. They will issue you a claim number, this number will be used throughout the whole repair process and is a reference.
Bring your damaged vehicle and claim number to Riverland Collision Centre. We will collect your information, claim number and take images of the damage and prepare and submit an estimate to your insurance company.
When the insurance company has authorised repairs, we can make a booking date that suits your schedule, if a loan vehicle is required, we can arrange that also. We will keep you informed throughout the collision repairs process and have the vehicle finished when promised.
Turn on your hazard lamps and call 000 if anyone requires medical attention. If possible move your vehicle off the road.
You should exchange the following details with the other driver(s) – name, address, phone number, registration plate and insurance details. It can also help to take images of the crash site.
Contact local Police station to report the accident and obtain a report number
Contact your insurance company via phone or online. Trained operators will talk you through the claim process step by step. Once completed they will issue you a claim number.
Contact us to arrange a suitable booking date. We will need about 15 minutes of your time to assess and photograph your vehicle. This is a good opportunity to discuss any ‘private’ work you may want done while the car is in being repaired.
If your vehicle is not drivable or you are usure about driving it, we can come pick it up on our tow truck.
An estimate to repair your vehicle correctly will be completed by one of our estimators and sent along with images direct to your insurance company.
Your insurance company will contact us to authorise your claim.
Once we receive authority from your insurance company, we will check availability on parts that are required and plan booking date.
We will contact you on your preferred method to arrange a suitable booking time and date. If you require a loan vehicle while repairs are being carried out, please let us know.
Drop the vehicle off on the date and time arranged, throughout the repair process we can keep you updated.
On pick up the vehicle will be presented washed and ready, any excess or invoices payable can be paid.
